Terrence, an experienced real estate agent from Los Angeles with Coldwell Banker, Terrence can handle all your questions about buying real estate in Mexico.  He owns property here and also owns GRINGOS Restaurant in Chelem.  

Terrence, an air force brat, was born in Germany and has traveled the world. A graduate of the prestigious NYU TSOA Graduate Design Program, he worked on Broadway for many years before the breakthrough film AMONGST FRIENDS was so well received at the Sundance Film Festival. He has been designing films and television shows for more than 15 years. Having always been a leader and mentor in any field he has worked; Terrence has a background in Construction and was the quality controller for the Paramount, Royalton and Morgan’s Hotels in NYC.

In addition to Selling Real Estate, He has a construction company currently building homes up and down the beach in Yucatan.

He has done a great deal of philanthropic work in Los Angeles designing charity events for cancer organizations.
